2011年度 プレイカウント・トップ 100

昨年買ったCDの中では"The Bangles"の復活第二弾アルバムとなる"Sweetheart of the Sun"が個人的ヒットで、プレイカウントを見ても分かるように、上位にはこのアルバムの収録曲がズラッと並ぶ1年だった。

更には、その"Sweetheart of the Sun"に併せて、2003年にリリースされた復活第一弾アルバムの"Doll Revolution"も引きずられる格好で頻繁に聴いていたのだが、中でも"Something That You Said"は改めて楽曲の良さを再確認させられた感じで、CDを買った当時よりも好きになっていた程、良く聴いてた。

その他では"Christina Aguilera"主演の映画"Burlesque"のサントラも1年を通してけっこう聴いていたという2011年。

ということで、昨年最も多く聴いた曲、"The Bangles"の"Something That You Said"の映像はこちら。これは"Doll Revolution"リリースされた2003年にフランスのテレビ番組に出演した時の映像で、40代の女性とは全く思えないスザンナ・ホフスにはただただ驚くばかり。
